Lisa Lefanty
Lisa Lefanty, founder of Inspired Aesthetic Medicine in Rocklin, CA, is a Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of healthcare experience. Her passion for compassionate, personalized care inspired her to create a welcoming space where individuals can explore aesthetic and wellness treatments without judgment. Combining her medical expertise with her dedication to empowering confidence, Lisa focuses on enhancing natural beauty and celebrating individuality. Her mission is to help every client feel valued, cared for, and like the best version of themselves.
Dr. Leland Dao, DO
Dr. Leland Dao is a Board-Certified Osteopathic Physician and Surgeon who has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years in both California and Hawaii. He provides comprehensive care to patients across all stages of life, from newborns and children to adolescents, adults, and older adults.
Raised in Southern California, Dr. Dao developed an early love for the ocean and the connection between wellness, movement, and the natural world. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego, majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in Visual Arts. He went on to complete his Doctor of Osteopathy degree at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California (now Western University of Health Sciences).
During his medical training, Dr. Dao invented the CleanBlade Surgical Device, demonstrating both innovation and a commitment to improving patient safety. He completed his internship at the Medical College of Wisconsin Family Medicine Program and his residency at the University of Hawaii Family Medicine Program.
Dr. Dao has been in private practice since 1997. His Hawaii clinic, Kaena Kai Clinic, continues to serve generations of patients in Haleiwa on the North Shore of Oahu. His passion for the ocean and sports medicine led to his long-standing role as Medical Director for the World Surf League’s Hawaii Triple Crown of Surfing, caring for elite athletes for over 22 years.
He is also the developer of the SUPER Tennis Elbow Brace, a patented medical device designed to treat lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow).
Dr. Dao is proud to bring his experience, craftsmanship, and patient-centered philosophy to Inspired Aesthetic Medicineas its Medical Director in California.

We prioritize your comfort at every step. Most clients describe injectable treatments as a slight pinch that is very tolerable. For your comfort, we can apply a topical numbing agent to minimize any sensation.
Most of our services, including Botox and fillers, require little to no downtime, allowing you to return to your daily routine right away. You might experience minor, temporary swelling or bruising at the treatment site, but we will provide you with complete aftercare instructions to ensure a smooth recovery.
The duration of your results will depend on the specific treatment and your individual metabolism. As a general guideline, neurotoxins like Botox last 3-4 months, while dermal fillers can last anywhere from 6 to 18 months. We will give you a clear expectation during your consultation.
